Orders placed by e-mail or by phone are processed at later dates (up to 3 business days);
Our products are shipped via DPD, DHL or GEIS courier companies, depending on the size of the shipment.
Orders with a total weight of 100 kg are sent as pallet shipments – delivery is considered complete with the removal of the shipment from the car (the courier does not deliver the goods to the indicated place or premises, as is the case with parcel shipments. Pallet shipments are delivered to the door/gate);
At the customer's request, large orders can also be split into parcel shipments - then the maximum discount is 8%.
Order fulfillment is an automatic process, so once the order is paid or the "cash on delivery" option is selected, it cannot be modified.
Shipments are delivered between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM;
We do not ship time-specific deliveries;

Customers receive information about the cost and date of delivery before concluding the sales contract.

The cost of shipping outside the Republic of Poland is determined individually depending on the place of delivery.

PLN 0 (free) - for orders with a minimum value of PLN 200 (gross),- DPD or DHL courier
PLN 19 - for orders with a value below PLN 200 (gross), - DPD or DHL courier

Ancilliary services (applies to the DPD courier):

Saturday delivery - extra fee PLN 12 net for each parcel
delivery by 12.00 - extra fee PLN 30 net for each parcel
delivery by 9.30 - extra fee PLN 60 net ( selected locations - during the winter season by 10.30) for each parcel

Customers receive information about the cost and date of delivery before concluding the sales contract when placing the order.

Delivery date

The period for delivery of the Product to the Customer - is 4 Business Days, unless a shorter period is provided in the description of the Product or when placing the Order. In the case of Products with varying delivery dates, the longest specified delivery date applies yet it cannot exceed 4 Business Days. The date of delivery of the Product to the Customer is scheduled as follows:
- If the Customer chooses payment method by transfer, electronic payment or card - from the day when the bank account or settlement account of the Seller is credited with the payment amount.
- If the Customer chooses cash on delivery payment – from the day of concluding the Sales Agreement.
Deadline for product readiness to be collected by the Customer – if the Customer selects a personal pick up of the Product, the Product will be ready for collection within 3 Business Days, unless a shorter period is provided in the description of the Product or when placing the Order. In the case of Products with different readiness dates, the longest deadline applies yet it cannot exceed 3 Business Days. The Customer will be additionally notified by the Seller about the readiness of the Product for collection. The start of the period of Product readiness for collection by the Customer is scheduled as follows:
- If the Customer chooses payment method by transfer, electronic payment or card - from the day when the bank account or settlement account of the Seller is credited with the payment amount.
- If the Customer chooses cash on collection payment – from the day of concluding the Sales Agreement.
